In this workers' compensation case, the plaintiff/employee, Tyrone D. Lawson, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of a defendant, the Louisiana Commerce & Trade Association Self Insurer's Fund ("LCTA"), on the basis that the plaintiff had no right of direct action against LCTA. Finding that the plaintiff does have a right of action, we reverse and remand.
