HIGGINBOTHAM, J.

Plaintiff challenges the trial court's grant of summary judgment dismissing his suit against the City of Mandeville. The issue presented is whether plaintiff's claims are barred by a Louisiana recreational use immunity statute, La. R.S. 9:2795. Finding that plaintiff's claims are barred, we affirm.
