Claimant-appellant, Malinda Holden, appeals OWC's actions of granting a partial motion for summary judgment in favor of her employer, the City of New Orleans, New Orleans Police Department (the City), and dismissing her claims for additional indemnity benefits as a result of an injury she sustained in the course and scope of her employment.
