PAINTER, Judge.
Defendant, Berry Ceasar, appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. For the following reasons, we affirm and remand with instructions.
FACTS
Defendant, who has three prior felony convictions, pawned a shotgun at Lake City Pawn Shop. He was charged by bill of information with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a violation of La.R.S.
