The present appeal is taken from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff/appellee, Christopher George Haines ("Haines"), and against the defendant/appellant, St. Joseph Baptist Church ("St. Joseph"). St. Joseph also urges that its Motion for Summary Judgment and its Motion for New Trial were improperly denied.
