In Ulysses Hill's second appeal to this Court, he seeks to overturn his conviction and sentence for second degree murder, alleging that the trial court erred by denying his motion for new trial and his motion for post-verdict judgment of acquittal. The defendant's claims have no merit. Accordingly, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
