The juvenile, R.L., appeals the judgment of the Juvenile Court for the Parish of Orleans, denying his motion to suppress the evidence and adjudicating him delinquent for the violation of La. R.S. 14:95.8, to wit, illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
