On three separate occasions within a three-week period, Defendant sold a confidential informant one to three grams of cocaine. She was charged by a bill of information with three counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A). A jury convicted her on each count. Defendant was sentenced to serve five years at hard labor on each count, to run consecutively...
