Juvenile-appellant appeals his adjudication of delinquency for armed robbery. Because we find that his counsel failed to render effective assistance of counsel in representing juvenile-appellant in this matter, we vacate the adjudication and dismiss the petition against him pursuant to La. Ch. C. art. 877(C).
