The plaintiff, Rosa Peña, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant insurer, USAgencies Casualty Insurance Company, Inc., finding that the uninsured/underinsured bodily injury motorist coverage on the auto policy issued by the defendant insurer was validly waived. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
