Pro se plaintiff Vera Cavet-Vanderpool ("Vanderpool") appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of Louisiana Extended Care Hospital of West Monroe (hereafter referred to as "the hospital"), the remaining defendant of several named by Vanderpool in this litigation.
