This matter is before us on appeal by plaintiff, Dawn Marie Brassette, from a judgment of the trial court denying plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants, Hugh B. Exnicios and the Exnicios Legal Center (collectively, "defendant"). For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
