PAINTER, Judge.
Defendant, Jamey L. Everett, appeals his conviction for distribution of hydrocodone based on failure to grant his motion to suppress certain evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm the conviction but remand the matter to the trial court with instructions to correct the sentencing minutes.
