Barbara Gail Samuel Bretz ("Barbara") appeals the trial court's judgment holding that a 30 July 1998 act of sale validly transferred a 50% ownership interest in commercial real estate in New Orleans located at 939 South Jefferson Davis Parkway ("the Property") from Bernard F. Samuel, Sr. ("Bernard, Sr.") to the appellee, Barry N. Samuel ("Barry"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
