This matter is before us on appeal by the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation ("LWCC") from a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Louisiana Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company ("Farm Bureau"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
