This appeal arises from a judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee, Jefferson Parish Hospital Services District No. 2 d/b/a East Jefferson General Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "EJGH"), and against Plaintiff/Appellant, Brandi Andress Hoffman (hereinafter referred to as "Hoffman"), involving a slip and fall on the premises of the hospital. For the following reasons, we affirm.
