GASKINS, J.

In this expropriation case involving the expansion of the Louisiana Tech campus, the State of Louisiana, through the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System and the Commissioner of Administration (hereinafter "the State"), appeals from a judgment ordering payment of attorney fees to the defendant, Miss Chub, L.L.C. We affirm the trial court judgment.
