This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. Anthony R. Banks, defendant, filed a motion to quash the bill of information against him, which the trial court granted. The State has appealed that judgment. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment is reversed and the matter is remanded to allow the State to proceed with the charges against the defendant.
