Defendant, Antoinette Williams, pled guilty to distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A). Defendant was sentenced to eight years with the Department of Corrections, the first two years being without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. The sentence was to run concurrent with any other sentence defendant was presently serving.1 This appeal followed.2
