On July 26, 2010, the St. Charles Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Gus J. Williams, with molestation of a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.2. He pled not guilty at arraignment. Defendant proceeded to trial on January 26, 2011, and a 12-person jury found him guilty as charged.
