This is an appeal by Betty Miles, plaintiff-appellant, from a judgment dismissing her claims against Suzanne's Cafe & Catering, Inc. d/b/a Two J's, and Canal Indemnity Company, defendants-appellees, on grounds of abandonment. For the following reasons, the judgment is reversed and the matter remanded to the parish court.
