Defendant, Atari Woods, was found guilty as charged on one count each of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence for possession of a firearm...
