The parties, Cynthia Dufour Cannatella and Anthony Cannatella, were married on February 14, 1981. On May 12, 2010, Cynthia filed a Petition for Divorce, asserting that she was entitled to a divorce based on adultery, pursuant to LSA-C.C. art. 103(2).1 Alternatively, she sought a divorce based on living separate and apart for 180 days from service of the petition...
