Rhodia Inc. (Rhodia), The Elliott Company (Elliott),1 and Entergy Corporation (Entergy) appeal a class certification judgment in these consolidated suits arising from a chemical release at Rhodia's Baton Rouge plant. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
