Marilyn Loftus and her husband Lynn Loftus appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of Jody and Ronald Walker.

FACTS

The Walkers were interested in having a home built for them in Shreveport. They entered into a written contract with Raymond W. Davis Construction, Inc. ("RWDC"), to frame the house and to perform the carpentry work. The contract provided that RWDC was to "furnish all the labor, material, tax, and insurance...
