The State alleges that in the evening of April 9, 2008, Defendant, Kenneth G. Billingsley, and Brian Paul approached two women, Robin Decote and Stephanie Foreman, as they sat in a truck parked at the Goosport Recreation Center. Defendant put a gun to Ms. Foreman's head and demanded money. Ms. Foreman gave Defendant her purse, which contained approximately ninety dollars.
