In this community partition case, the appellant, Kendall Fluellen, appeals a judgment of the trial court, which adopted the appellee's, Anne E. Raymond's, detailed descriptive list and entered a judgment deeming the appellee's list as a judicial determination of the assets and liabilities between the parties. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand with instructions.
