Coordinating & Development Corp. ("C & D"), the assignee of an option to purchase real estate, appeals the involuntary dismissal of its claim for specific performance of the option against D.H. Patten Children Co. LLC ("D.H. Patten"), the owner of the property and grantor of the option.1 For the reasons expressed, we affirm.
