Defendant, Glenn Anthony Foster, was convicted of vehicular homicide. La.R.S. 14:32.1. He was subsequently sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment at hard labor and to a fine of $15,000. Defendant now appeals. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant's conviction and sentence are affirmed.
