GASKINS, J.

The defendant, George Nelson, was convicted of distribution of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment at hard labor to be served consecutively with any probation or parole the defendant was obligated to serve. The defendant now appeals. We affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
