A six-person jury found Brandon Fontenot guilty as charged of possession of methamphetamine. Mr. Fontenot argues on appeal that the evidence is insufficient to support the jury's verdict. Following the jury's verdict, the district judge sentenced him to serve forty years at hard labor in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
