Plaintiff/appellant, Data Management Corporation, appeals from the trial court's denial of its petition for preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, mandamus relief and declaratory judgment relating to a public contract for which bids were advertised under the Louisiana Public Bid Laws.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
