Paula Gray appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of her employer, Marriott Residence Inn, which judgment denied her benefits. The OWC-judge concluded that Ms. Gray did not prove by a preponderance of the evidence that her injuries arose out of and in the course of her employment and that she had sustained an on-the-job accident.
