This case is one of two appeals from the same proceeding.1 In this particular appeal, hereafter referred to as "Tobin I," plaintiffs seek review of the trial court's denial of their request for the issuance of a preliminary injunction. Finding that no justiciable issues remain, we dismiss this appeal as moot.
