The Defendant was charged by bill of information with driving while intoxicated (DWI), third offense, a violation of La.R.S. 14:98, and careless operation of a motor vehicle, a violation of La.R.S. 32.58. The Defendant pled guilty to the charges on April 27, 2010. Sentencing was deferred; he was placed on five years of supervised probation. Following a revocation hearing held on July 27, 2011, the Defendant's probation was revoked, and he was sentenced...
