Brenda Bower sued Marx Menard for the return of one-half of the funds Mr. Menard received when he redeemed six certificates of deposits (CDs) and the funds in a checking account which named them as alternate depositors. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of Ms. Bower. Mr. Menard appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
