Rainey Wallace, the plaintiff/appellant, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant/appellee, Geo Group, Inc., dismissing his suit for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
