The plaintiff, Timothy Collins ("Mr. Collins"), appeals the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"), which dismissed Mr. Collins' claim for underinsured motorist benefits upon application of Ohio law to the insurance policies at issue. For the following reasons, we affirm.
