This appeal is from a decision of the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Orleans upholding the termination of the plaintiff/appellant, David Lapene, by the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD). After review of the record in light of the applicable law and arguments of the parties, we affirm the decision of the Civil Service Commission.
