Plaintiff, Khadijah Brooks, appeals a judgment granting an involuntary dismissal and exception of no cause of action in favor of Defendant USAgencies Insurance Company ("USAgencies") and dismissing Ms. Brooks' claims with prejudice. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
