This is an appeal by Melvin Batiste, his wife, and their three children, plaintiffs-appellants, from summary judgments in favor of GrafTech International, Ltd. and Armstrong Tools, Inc., defendants-appellees, in this products liability action arising out of a workplace accident which occurred on August 27, 2004. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgments.
