Plaintiff has appealed a trial court's judgment which dismissed his workers' compensation claim against his employer's alleged workers' compensation insurer, finding that his employer was not covered by a policy of workers' compensation insurance at the time of plaintiff's work-related accident. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
