A & A Mechanical, Inc. appeals the trial court's dismissal without prejudice of its claims against Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Group, L.L.C. and Chris Head and referral of the matter in its entirety to arbitration. For the reasons that follow, we find that the trial court committed legal error in failing to allow claims outside of the scope of the arbitration clause to proceed in state court and reverse and remand.
