Appellant, Charles Sicard, has appealed the trial court's grant of summary judgment and award of attorney's fees in favor of appellee, Carole Sicard. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the grant of summary judgment, reverse the award of attorney's fees, and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
