Francis Clyde Griggs appeals a trial court judgment rendered against him in these succession proceedings finding him liable to the purported heirs of his deceased wife in the amount of $23,000.00. For the following reasons, we find that the purported heirs have no right or interest in instituting this suit and reverse the judgment.
