In this two-vehicle automobile accident case, the plaintiff, a passenger in one of the cars, alleged that a factor contributing to the collision was the design and maintenance of the highway where the accident occurred. She appeals from a trial court ruling which granted summary judgment in favor of the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), and dismissed it from the suit.
