C.R. and C.F. are the parents of two minor children. The children were removed from the home by the State. Sixteen months later, the State filed a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights. Following a hearing, the trial court rendered judgment terminating the rights of both parents. They both have appealed. For the following reasons, we affirm.
