In this appeal, Mr. Hall seeks review of the trial court judgment denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award. Specifically, Mr. Hall argues that the arbitrator acted arbitrarily and capriciously in disallowing a witness to testify as an expert and the trial court should have vacated the arbitration award. For the following reasons, we hereby affirm.
