In this lawsuit Bonnie Palumbo claims that several attorneys negligently failed to prevent an earlier lawsuit for personal injuries from becoming abandoned due to non-prosecution for more than three years. This lawsuit was tried before a jury, and the trial judge submitted a special verdict form to the jury. The jury completed the special verdict, but its answers to the special written questions were indisputably inconsistent with each other...
