Hernandez, was convicted of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:95.1, and was sentenced to 12½ years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals, alleging that the trial court erred in failing to grant his jury challenge for cause of juror Eric Rish, and that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient...
